What does it take to create and sustain a culture of innovation within an organization? What does heightened competition demand of every operator? And what is the model for the optimally relevant 21st century supermarket? These are just a few of the questions that will be answered at our closing luncheon session, as Lori Raya, President of Vons, Dan Sanders, President of Albertsons, and Justin Jackson, COO of Andronico's Community Markets discuss ways they are shaping their companies to lead today's modern age of retailing.
The discussion will be moderated by Kevin Coupe, "Content Guy" of MorningNewsBeat.com, and promises to provide an illuminating, informative and engaging look at the California Retail Renaissance.
