The host hotel for the 2012 CGA Strategic Conference is the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel, which is directly adjacent and connected to the Palm Springs Convention Center. Located in scenic Palm Springs California at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, the resort offers a uniquely upscale experience including spacious guest rooms, cosmopolitan spa and is just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs. The Hilton Palm Springs and Courtyard Palm Springs will serve as secondary hotel options.

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check equaling the amount of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved.

Requests are subject to approval from CGA Show Management. It is our policy that Conference attendees are not allowed to sponsor any functions that conflict with a scheduled Conference event. This applies to events held in hotel suites, meeting rooms and at any outside location.
Please note: Separate registration is required for The Illuminators Golf Tournament. The hotel group room rate quoted includes a rebate paid to the event organizer to offset meeting facility rental fees.
