How the meeting scheduling works:

  • Show Management provides sponsors and exhibitors with a list of retailers participating in the meetings;
  • Sponsors and exhibitors indicate to Show Management those retailers, in order of preference, they would like to meet with;
  • Show Management then schedules meetings and communicates schedules to participants.
  • Retail selection for meetings is based upon when CGA receives your sponsorship payment and application.
  • To ensure that these meetings are productive for all involved, certain guidelines will apply.
